We want you to love your Pokémon TCG apparel as much as a rare holographic pull. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the clothing is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse verifies the contents, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
